TBD Reindeer Run Munising, MI 49862

Here we have the companion parcel to Wood Island. This parcel may only be purchased simultaneously with Wood Island until such time the island is sold. Wood Island is listed under MLS#50151654. This an amazing parcel of Lake Superior frontage. There's well over 500 feet on the Big Water with northeasterly facing views which include Wood and Williams Islands, Grand Island and beautiful sunrises over and over again! The find here is a real gem. There's 6.4 acres and 533' of frontage with a rough drive already in. Access to the waters edge is good here and the lot is well wooded. The access is via a private easement just past the end of Reindeer Run, so the traffic is light.
